Lautaro Martínez Double Keeps Inter Milan on Tail of Leaders
Inter striker Lautaro Martínez scored a late double to secure his team a 2-0 victory at Pisa, ensuring the away side very much involved in the Serie A title race despite a less than convincing performance.

Led by manager Cristian Chivu, Inter now are placed third in the standings with 27 points, level with runner-up Roma and only one point adrift of table-toppers Milan. In contrast, Pisa hold the third bottom spot with 10 points.

However, they were made to battle throughout by newly-promoted Pisa. The hosts generated numerous opportunities, but a clinical Inter broke the deadlock in the 69th minute mark when Argentinian Martínez drilled a one-time shot into the roof of the net. The forward then finished from point-blank with seven minutes remaining.
