The House investigative committee has made public a collection of roughly 70 photos from the estate of former convicted sexual predator Jeffrey Epstein.

This constitutes the third publication from a larger collection of more than 95,000 images the body has secured from Epstein's property. It includes images of excerpts from the novel Lolita scrawled across a female's body, and obscured images of women's foreign passports.

This action comes mere hours before the 19th of December deadline for the Department of Justice to make public each files associated with its inquiry into Epstein.

"These photos raise additional questions about what exactly the Justice Department has in its possession," said the ranking member of the committee, Robert Garcia.

What is in the Photos Released

Several of the photographs published on Thursday feature Epstein conversing with professor and activist Noam Chomsky aboard a personal aircraft; Bill Gates standing alongside a female whose features is redacted; Steve Bannon positioned at a desk opposite Epstein, and ex- Alphabet president Sergey Brin at a evening meal.

These are the newest affluent, prominent figures to be photographed in Epstein property photographs disclosed by the House Oversight Committee - earlier released photos also show US President Donald Trump and ex-president Bill Clinton, as well as movie director Woody Allen, previous US treasury secretary Larry Summers, lawyer Alan Dershowitz, Andrew Mountbatton-Windsor, and other figures.

Appearing in the photographs is does not constitute evidence of any wrongdoing, and many of the photographed men have stated they were never implicated in Epstein's criminal activity.

In a announcement released with the photo publication, Lawmakers on the US House Oversight Committee noted the Epstein property holders did not supply background information or timings for the images.

"Photos were picked to offer the general populace with openness into a illustrative selection of the photographs acquired from the property, and to give perspectives into Epstein's network and his exceptionally disturbing behavior," the release says.

The disclosure also contains a number of photos of excerpts from the Vladimir Nabokov literary work Lolita penned in black ink across various areas of a female's body, including her torso, lower extremity, hip, and rear. Lolita recounts the tale of a minor who was manipulated by a older literature professor.

A particular passage from the novel inscribed across a woman's upper body reads, "Lolita: the point of the tongue taking a trip of three steps down the palate to alight, at three, on the teeth".

There are also a collection of photographs of women's identification and identification documents from countries globally, such as Lithuania, Russia, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine.

Most of the information on the IDs, such as identities and birth dates, is redacted but the committee indicated in a announcement that the passports pertain to "females whom Jeffrey Epstein and his associates were interacting with".

Another photograph features Epstein sitting at a table intimately flanked by three individuals whose features have been obscured - one individual has her palm on Epstein's chest under his garment, and another is bending to view a close-by computer. Epstein seems to be assisting the final person fasten a bracelet.

Another photo made public is a screenshot of digital messages from an unnamed sender who states they have been provided "some girls" and are asking for "$1000 for each individual".

Photo Disclosure Comes Prior to DOJ Cut-off

The body has many thousands of photographs in its custody from the Epstein holdings, which are "both graphic and everyday," its press release on recently explained.

The House Oversight Committee first subpoenaed the estate of Epstein, who was found dead in a New York correctional facility in 2019 while awaiting trial on charges of human trafficking, in August.

The images and records the Epstein estate's representatives gave to the body are different than what is commonly referred to "Epstein-related records". That material are documents under the DOJ's custody connected to its separate probe into Epstein.

In accordance with the recently passed law, which President Trump made law last month, the DOJ has until the date of 19 December to disclose its documents. The scope of what is found in the DOJ's files is unclear, and it's likely that much of the content will be extensively obscured, comparable to House Oversight Committee documents
